Job Responsibilities :
  • Possess in-depth knowledge about listed scrip in DSE & CSE.
  • Bring new clients on board.
  • Execute client's order under BSEC trading rules.
  • To Provide updates daily basis to the clients through the mail.
  • To provide some uniform market updates on a daily basis to the specific clients through the mail.
  • Communicate with the clients and inform day-to-day market scenario.
  • Prepare market commentary and wrap for clients on a daily basis.
  • Maintain daily clients' stock position.
  • Time-to-time assist reporting management for any queries and complaints of clients.
  • Relationship management with local institutions for trade generation and all sorts of services
  • Gather ideas to introduce new clients to the company.
  • Prepare client retention plan, market outlook, do technical analysis, managing MIS database for client's position.
  • Time to time suggest management for the growth of the business in terms of client hunt.
  • Provide all sorts of statements as per client requirements.
  • Provide all sorts of client's related statements to the management.
  • Analyze market trends and corporate balance sheets to extend better service to the clients.
  • Ensure full adherence to established rules and regulations of BSEC, DSE, BB and other regulatory authorities.
Educational Requirements :
  • Preference Candidates with a degree from DU, NSU, BRAC, IUB, East West or any Public University.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Minimum two (2) years of practical work experience as an Authorized Representative (AR).
  • Must be enthusiast toward the capital market, Good in Technical analysis and data analysis
  • Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills (oral and writing)
  • Must be enthusiastic, committed to achievement and result oriented
  • Strong negotiation skills and capable team-player
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving/analytical skills
  • Professional knowledge and skill levels are kept up-to-date in order to meet the needs of the position
  • Well versed in MS Office Package and Internet.
