Job Responsibilities :
  • Correspondence with Foreign Suppliers in All Respect:
  • Collect necessary information from the sales team about the requirement.
  • Prepare & send an inquiry/Email to relevant supplier mentioning all the required specifications of the client
  • Exploring potential supplier for relevant goods and machineries.
  • Ensure prompt feedback/collect proposal from supplier/manufacturer.
  • After receiving a proposal from the supplier, check all the requirements of the client have been fulfilled or not.
  • Confirm the commercial matters like payment terms, validity, delivery time, warranty, and other terms.
  • Preparing offer/proposal on the conformity of all the technical and commercial terms with the suppliers.
  • Communicate with the supplier and collect necessary documents for opening of L/C.
  • Periodical follow up with the supplier about the shipment status.
  • Provide regular updated reports as per requirement of the Team Leader.
  • Maintain Daily work schedules/Reports & coordinating with respective team.
  • Responsible for all necessary activities set by management.
  • Ability to multitask & handle stress & have the mindset to "go an extra mile".
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor/Master in any discipline from any reputed Public or Private University /National University with good command on English Language (Masters in any discipline will be an added advantage).
  • Bachelor/Master of Arts in English from any reputed public and Private University are also requested to apply.
  • Skills Required: Computer skill, Good Communication Skill in English, MS Office
Experience Requirements :
  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Communication, Commercial, English on Business Communication, Supply Chain
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Computer Literacy (emailing, browsing, printing, folder making, file creating) is a must.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is an essential part of the position.
  • Sound communication skill in English (both in written & spoken) is mandatory.
  • Be smart with a positive attitude.
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Must be committed self-motivated & dynamic.
Compensation & Other Benefits :
  • Lunch: will be Provided by Office.

  • Festival Bonus: 02 (two) (On Completion of One Year at service).
