- The main responsibility will be sourcing suitable manpower for continuous recruitment in the various departments according to the requirement.
- Have to assist higher management (Managing Director, ED, COO, and Head of HR) as per requirement.
- Must have good communication skills (Spoken & Written) in both Bengali & English.
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
- Prepare drafts of various official letters, emails, etc.
- Arrange official appointments and meetings.
- Update all related HR policies including employee service book in the HR database.
- Maintain personnel files of all employees.
- Supervise employee Attendance and Leave Management.
- Keep contact with all concerns of the organization.
- Any task assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements :
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Admin, Administration, Management, Training & Development
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Call Center, BPO/ Data Entry Firm
