SWISH is looking for a passionate Executive, Human Resource to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
- Designing, planning and executing recruitment and selection processes through Cv screening, Voice call interview, physical interview and other administer psychological tests.
- Prepare Job analysis for vacant position and post job vacancy at different recruitment platform.
- Reviewing employment applications and creating background check report
- Prepare appointment letter, Training bond and other documents in order to process joining of a new employee.
- Plan, develop and design an orientation program to welcome new hired employee and introduce that employee with new organizational culture and personnel of all department.
- Develop training plan to train up new and existing employees after discussing with their department head.
- Develop training plan to train up new and existing employees after discussing with their department head.
- Maintain register book and digital personnel records of every employees absent, late, leave ,tour approval , sick and transfer this record to accounts department for payroll process.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from any recognized university with majoring Human resource management.
Experience Requirements :
- 1 to 3 year(s)
