Job Responsibilities :
  • To Calculate daily efficiency report, WIP, NPT, Worker absenteeism and manpower allocation of sewing line.
  • SMV calculation by using time study.
  • Do method study, motion study, time study and line balancing.
  • Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine, method and materials.
  • Attain pre-production meeting with production staff.
  • Fine bottleneck, technical difficulties and quality related issue.
  • Implement lean manufacturing system in floor.
  • Implement kaizen to increase productivity.
  • Prepare skill matrix to identify worker skill.
  • Thread consumption for thread demand.
  • Provide training to sewing operator for critical operations before feeding line layout.
Educational Requirements :
  • Diploma and BSC in Textile Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
Experience Requirements :
  • 1 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
