A well Reputed Garments Manufacturing Company is looking for a dynamic professional for the position of IE & Planning with required work experience and verge knowledge of lean manufacturing process preferably on RMG sector.
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
Sewing line balance considering the required line capacity and operation plan.
Time, Method and Motion study.
Daily (W.I.P) work in process calculate & next day input plan.
Monitoring input and output report, hourly production report, shipment schedule & in time fabric & accessories in house.
Work with related team to develop required standards for design & production.
Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards.
Calculate and monitoring new style layout time or feeding time report.
Responsible for increasing productivity through combined work steps, removing non-value added tasks, adding automation and development of effective work practices.
Initiate new activities to improve the efficiency of each worker and enhancing their contribution in the production process.
Reduce nonproductive time and excess working hour.
Reduce excess manpower or unused manpower in line.
Prepare skill matrix or skill inventory for all operators.
Provided estimated SMV to sales team for costing.
Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis.
Any other assignment as entrusted time to time by the Management
Educational Requirements :
MBA/Masters from any recognized University.
B.Sc. in Textile Technology (Preferable).
Experience Requirements :
3 to 5 year(s)

Age 27 to 30 years
