- Market Analysis and find out potential area for network expansion.
- Justify the potential area for business viability.
- Coordinate with regional team (Sales ,Service ,Spare ) find out potential entrepreneur maintaining NEW Network SOP .
- Keep close watch on competition network expansion.
- Create retail channel network maintaining guideline to support network business enhancement.
- Analyze network performance with competition to find out the drawback in order to take for corrective action.
- Find out the non performing Network Partners and inform to respective departmental Head so that he will be able to take necessary step to run them in business track.
- Maintain policy close the non performing network and fill the gap coordinating with regional team & Management.
- Plan, direct or coordinate for actual distribution and movement of a product or service.
- Review findings with concerned (Sales ,Service ,Spare ) and address dealers about problematic area
- Dealers fund analysis and share ROI for next step of business.
- Develop all 3S factors keeping similarity of Dealers business growth.
- Evaluate dealer's performance in all side (Sales, Service, and Spare) monthly and show the dealers his area of improvement.
- Keep a healthy environment between dealer and other Retail channel Partners .
- Continuously explore the new scope of Dealer Development to maintain the standard and share the report to the Management
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Sound Knowledge of Computer
