• Responsible for doing export documents as direct exporter and deem exporter as well under LC/SC.
• Responsible for issuing MUSAK under local deliveries,
• Responsible for sales returns with customs and any competent authorities,
• Responsible for keeping up to dates export proceeds statements reconciling with respective banks,
• Should have technical knowledge on ERP soft wear.
• Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list for export.
• Prepare and Update Factory Licenses - tread Licenses, IRC, ERC etc.
• Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
• Comply documentation of EPB, BGMEA (CO, GSP) related activities.

• Age 28 to 37 years
• Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant field.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Commercial, Import/Export, L/C Documentation.
• Having Knowledge how to open LC (Letter of Credit).
• Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication with all.
• Sound Knowledge about LC & SC.
• Sound knowledge in MS office applications.
