- Receiving all requisitions from all concerned projects/ departments.
- Understanding the requirement and finalizing the technical specifications with the requisition issuer.
- Preparing Request for Quotation (RFQ) to share with multiple vendors/ suppliers/ contractors/ service providers.
- Collecting quotations/ offers/ proposals from different vendors/ suppliers/ contractors/ service providers.
- Preparing Comparative Statement (CS) by evaluating both the technical and commercial parts after receiving all quotations/ offers/ proposals.
- Collecting Senior Management approval for selecting the final vendor/ supplier/ contractor/ service provider.
- Preparing Work/ Purchase Order, Agreement and sharing with vendor/ supplier/ contractor/ service provider.
- Following up the delivery/ execution closely with the vendor/ supplier/ contractor/ service provider and the concerned project/department.
- Collecting bills/ invoices and delivery challan/ work completion report/ service completion report after successful delivery/ execution.
- Sharing bills/ invoices and delivery challan/work completion reports/ service completion report with relevant people who are processing bills/ invoices.
- Updating data/ records time to time in the ERP.
- Preserving all relevant docs in office files for future usage purpose.
- Visiting project’s sites/ factory premises as per requirement of Senior Management.
- Payments Reconciliation with the Finance Department against Work/ Purchase Orders on a regular basis.
Educational Requirements :
- B. Sc./M. Sc. in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering from any reputed university.
- Skills Required: AutoCAD, Erp software
