We are looking for some candidates with experience as a certified VQA (Vendor Quality Auditor), especially for the Ralph Lauren buyer.
- Participate in risk analysis meetings and discuss all critical points with regard to customer acceptations
- Review the size set & participate in the PP meeting with the comments. Highlight / discuss the critical points/area that needs special attention as per customer requirements
- Review first sewing output & Highlight the issues for corrections. (First 50 - 100 Pcs)
- Visit relevant sewing lines/finishing to highlight the issues for corrective action.
- Co-operation with Buying house / Buyer QA for inline audits
- Maintain the style detail file with all required documents (Style File)
- Do pre-final audits for pack quantity at 25%, 50%, and 80% for orders more than 3000pcs, if the order quantity is less than 3000pcs then do 25%, and 60% pack quantity.
- 100% Pack quantity pre-final / final audit and make sure the shipment is up to customer / Buyer requirements
- Send the required samples to relevant merchandiser/people (Shipment samples, Counter samples, reference samples, etc.)
- Co-operation with 3rd party inspections if any.
- If any doubt or need any information should be clarified by the QA Manager / Merchandiser or with the relevant person and give clear guidelines to production / QA teams.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
GPQ, QUALITY ASSURANCE
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
