  • Full-Time 100% Remote. (Work from Home)
  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree
  • Belongings: Laptop /Desktop, High-speed Internet (These will not be provided by the organization)
  • Compensation: 12000-15000/BDT Per Month
  • Office Hour: Monday-Friday-6pm to 3am/ 7pm to 4 am
  • Weekend: Saturday and Sunday
  • Language: English

Job Responsibilities :
  • Work on live job projects and source candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster,
  • Zip Recruiter, and other job boards.
  • Source candidates by cold calling
  • Resume screening and shortlisting
  • Assist HR Manager
  • Collecting resume
  • Make Database
  • Doing email campaigns to find candidates for different projects
  • Establish engagement with the candidates in every possible way
  • Overall understand the industry and follow the industry practices
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Communication, Human Resource Management, job posting site, Microsoft Office Applications
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development, Information technology
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Consulting Firms
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 35 years

Compensation & Other Benefits :
