The position is responsible for monitoring overall distribution channel operation, business, compliance, MIS management etc.
- Ensure Branch operation and compliance related issues are maintained as per existing internal & external policies & guidelines.
- Monitor asset & liability portfolio growth compared to budget including loan instalment collections and portfolio quality, especially Non-Performing Asset (NPA).
- Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
- Visit to Branches/distribution points.
- Ensure extraordinary customer service experience in coordination with branches, customer service department and internal/external stakeholders.
- Arrange regular and need-basis team meetings on different issues.
- Maintain MIS, analyze data and prepare required reports providing the insights. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
- Coordinate among internal stakeholders / service departments and distribution channel through maintaining smooth & strong relationship with both ends to ensure cooperation between them which will facilitate business generation.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
