Mirsaige PMC is a real estate project management consultancy firm looking for an experienced executive to assist with handling and dealing with government and regulatory bodies such as RAJUK, NHA, DC/ ADC Office, AC Land, CAAB, DESCO, WASA, TITAS etc and any and all relevant bodies.
- Prepare required documentation and obtain construction permits and clearances from RAJUK, CAAB, NHA and any other relevant authorities
- Collect and scrutinize land related information including vetting documents, ascertain land ownership chain for freehold/ leasehold properties etc
- Be proficient in dealing with RAJUK/ NHA/ Ministry of Housing & Public Works, DC/ ADC & AC Land office and any and all relevant government, private and regulatory bodies
- Obtain NOC/OC/Power of Attorney (POA) and other required permits/ approvals from RAJUK/ NHA/ CAAB/ Fire Service and Civil Defence and any and all required bodies/ agencies
- Prepare, write and review deeds, agreements, contracts and necessary legal documentation
- Perform legal formalities relevant to lease/purchase/sale of property (land/ apartment etc) and provide real estate legal support/ advice to Management as required
- Assist with mutation/ registration and other land/ property related formalities
- Any other relevant ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Land and Legal, Land Documents, Legal vetting, Rajuk
Experience Requirements :
- At least 3 year(s)
