- Age 26 to 28 years
- 1-3 years' experience in creating video ads, animated visuals and other relevant fields.
- Advanced video editing and animation skill is a must in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, Filmora and other relative video editing & animation creating software.
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
- Understand social media trends and impact in design
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, and 3D skills will be an added advantage
- Candidates with previous experience in Advertising Agency/Multimedia Company/ Real Estate will be given preference
