This a responsible position relating to Operations and Administration. Hence, Core operations/ administration related experienced candidates will get preference.
- Preparation of Admin-related Budget & all kinds of requisition, approval notes.
- Distribution of materials based on office requirements, sourcing of right goods, department budgets.
- Preparation of monthly mobile bills, office rents, communication with the vendors, checking different bills, and forwarding those for timely disbursement.
- Ensure the logistic support to Organizational disburse points and other units.
- Maintaining office documentation and dispatch as per ISO Standard.
- Ensure ticketing and travel arrangement, process Visa with embassies/Agent for the Management.
- Coordinate movement and airport protocol for the Managing Director.
- Keep correspondences by email, over the phone with all contact person according to the requirements.
- Coordinate and take necessary steps for the Management Residence as per the requirements.
- Liaison with govt., semi Govt., law enforcement agencies etc.
- Any other assignments are given by HOD and Management from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
- MBA/ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements :
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Must have sound knowledge of MS Office applications package.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication/negotiation skills.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Energetic and positive mind set up.
- Good drafting and typing ability in both English and Bengali.
