The Executive/ Sr. Executive will play a key role in developing and executing our seasonal strategy to drive growth for our Chocolate Compounds & Chocolate Chips businesses. The designated person will manage day-to-day operations as well as plan & implement strategies and coordinate all sales & marketing activities.
Specific responsibilities are included but not are limited to the following:
Lead the chocolate business in the assigned geography and beyond by establishing the organization as a credible and reliable industrial supplier.
Develop and implement an integrated strategic sales plan to advance our brand identity.
Create consumer communication and promotional plans with internal team.
Stimulate the chocolate team in developing new formulas and applications, working closely with product development to test and sample, with Q/A to set standards and specifications, with production and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Analyzes and controls expenditures of region to conform to budgetary requirements.
Reviews and monitors sales data; sales volume, share trends, pricing information, etc to assess business opportunities and threats as well as coordinating sales forecasting activities.
Optimize profit by product and by customer.
Educational Requirements :
Minimum a Bachelor's degree.
Experience Requirements :
3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Must have good knowledge of raw materials for chocolate and chocolate products and their functionality.
Strong marketing & negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, team player, passionate and success driven.
Proficient in MS Office applications & Presentation skill.
