- Candidate must have practical working experience in the area of the garment industry. It must include the L/C process (Apply, Transfer, and Track L/C), Pro-forma and Commercial invoice, packing list, and payment planning as per the L/C clause from Bank.
- To follow-up PI, opening LC for importer, and complete checking all commercial documentation related to import.
- To handle Shipping line and transport-related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import procedures
- Candidate should perform the regulatory formalities (Bank/ insurance/ Customs) relating to Import.
- Accurate arrangement of all import document, file, folders archive for future information organize wise.
- Ensure all operations are conducted through ERP and submit all kinds of management reports as and when required.
- Communicate with relevant authorities both locally and internationally in order to ensure smooth delivery of imported products.
- Perform research for various departments for all import laws and procedures, and maintain knowledge of all customs duties, tariffs, and licenses, collaborating with the finance team when necessary.
Educational Requirements :
- BBA/MBA in Marketing, (International) Business, Finance or any other related field.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, both in written and oral English.
- Should be well conversant in customs documentation.
- Knowledge about international trade, and taxation.
- Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes.
- Knowledge of import/export methods.
- Knowledge of shipments and freight forwarding.
