This is a corporate position that will be dealing with core HR issues of all the companies of the Group. The position will mainly be concerned with the training (tech & non-tech) and development of the employees of all ABC concerns.
Planning & preparation of yearly training calendar.
Conduct training by both in-house & outsourced trainers.
Final settlement procedure during separation.
Assist in recruitment & selection.
Disciplinary actions.
Personal file management.
Educational Requirements :
MBA with Major in HRM from reputed University. PGDHRM will be an additional qualification. Should have a consistent progressive track record.
Experience Requirements :
2 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age at most 35 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
2-5 years hands-on experience of working in HR department.
Clear concept & good understanding on HR issues.
Excellent communication skill both in Bangla & English.
Capable of working under pressure.
Positive attitude and good patience.
Should be creative and have analytical ability.
