- Collection of garments accessories and quotation for each item to be purchased for the company and follow up works.
- Sourcing Product and Supplier locally and globally, exploring market and vendor development.
- Preparing purchase orders/ work orders, follow up delivery, settling supplier bills and payment.
- Purchase of materials at the most competitive price which minimize the cost of company ensuring higher quality standard.
- Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs.
- Collection of items and quotation for each item to be purchased for the company and follow up works.
- Prepare all documents for purchase and procurement of various items needed for Livestock.
- Work order & invoice preparation and process approval process. Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them.
- Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided; processing payments and invoices. Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors
- Help in sourcing alternative materials and substitute suppliers.
- On time delivery of all materials/ items/ services as per the requirement. Maintain flexibility and establish Agile Supply Chain to be responsive to user with quality of work.
- Contribute in company's cost savings by ensuring efficient procurement.
Educational Requirements :
- MBA / Masters in any discipline from any reputed University.
