- Need to check and ensure the monthly wages sheet is prepared according to the company policy and all is accurate.
- Manage compensation benefits & incentive schemes.
- Prepare final settlement documents for separated workers or staff according to company policy.
- Create, update, and maintain employee files (physical and digital) with respect to any changes in the employee's employment history, e.g., transfer, appraisal, department change, or another transactional letter.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff to initiate company activity and make independent decisions affecting all operations.
- Ensure office staff appointment letters, performance appraisal, and evaluation, employee promotion, transfer, confirmation, separation, turnover report, disciplinary procedure, etc. as per company policy.
- Update the work structure by updating the organogram, job requirements, and job descriptions for all positions.
- Assist in the implementation of the performance review and development processes.
Educational Requirements :
- BBA/ MBA in HRM
- Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements :
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR payroll
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

- Age at most 30 years
