The purpose of this role is to insure the basic HR Practices like Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Employee Welfare, Leave Administration, Training & Development, Safety & Security Issue etc. He will also responsible for Employee Database Management & Compliance Issues.
Assist Head of HR in functioning with other departments for preparation of Payroll, Job Description, Man-Power planning and employee welfare and leave administration as per company policy.
Prepare and upgrade employee database.
Plan and conduct Recruitment and selection activities.
Monitor overall safety, security, health and environment conditions in working areas for Improvement.
Ensure congenial IR (Industrial Relations) environment in the factory & provide appropriate advice while dealing with workers.
To develop SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure) and workflow set up for QMS (Quality Management System) in coordination with Functions Head.
Support Head of HR for need based training including evaluation of effectiveness for enhancing competency of the employee.
Prepare and segregate budget related to HR or Admin related functions for Head Office, Project and Factory
Any other task assigned by supervisor or Management.
Educational Requirements :
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
Skills Required: Administration, Communication, Health and Safety, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Microsoft Excel, QMS, Recruitment & Selection
Experience Requirements :
1 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Compliance, Factory HR Administration, HR Operations, HRD, HRIS/ HR Database Management, payroll management
Additional Requirements :
Age 25 to 35 years
Strong knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Labor Rules 2015
Practical knowledge in Factory HR related operations.
