Job Responsibilities :
  • Direct marketing and selling available products of the organization.
  • Respond to sales inquiry.
  • Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
  • Achieve sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
  • Maintaining clients' database.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plan.
  • Ability to do Team Work.
  • Prepare and analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
  • Presenting company product and services to the clients.
  • Deal with corporate clients.
  • Organize & Participate in sales related events.
  • Initiating new ideas and convert them in to business.
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customer.
  • Maintain sales & others reports.
  • Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly sales report.
  • Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment Ensuring daily visit to the client.
  • Achieving target given by the Management.
  • Right attitudes for promoting company's product and brand image.
  • Any other duty assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Any reputed university.
  • North South University,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh,East West University students will get preference
  • Skills Required: Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements :
  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client hunting, Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Digital Marketing, Excellent communication skill, Hard Working, land Sales, Microsoft Exel, Sales & Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 38 years

  • Applicants must have personal motorcycle with driving license.
