Job Responsibilities :
  • Prepare manpower budget, manpower planning, and recruit accordingly. Recruit the right candidate for the right place.
  • Design Compensation and Benefits package for the employees and bring it into the Breakeven point.
  • Prepare, design and implement performance management systems and implement.
  • Monitor regular attendance & late report.
  • Control employee turnover.
  • Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy & labor law.
  • Ensure employees training & development program.
  • Design Employee engagement program and implement it.
  • Improve, maintain, and introduce new regulations in terms and conditions.
  • Any other task assigned by management.
Educational Requirements :
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Management.
Experience Requirements :
  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR and Payroll, payroll management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 30 to 35 years
