- Prepare manpower budget, manpower planning, and recruit accordingly. Recruit the right candidate for the right place.
- Design Compensation and Benefits package for the employees and bring it into the Breakeven point.
- Prepare, design and implement performance management systems and implement.
- Monitor regular attendance & late report.
- Control employee turnover.
- Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy & labor law.
- Ensure employees training & development program.
- Design Employee engagement program and implement it.
- Improve, maintain, and introduce new regulations in terms and conditions.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Management.
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 5 year(s)
