We are looking for an energetic Self-Driven Procurement Executive/Sr. Executive. As a Procurement Executive/Sr. Executive you will be responsible for planning, implementing & monitoring our overall procurement strategy in day-to-day operations in order to maximize efficiency & productivity. Candidates must have experience handling suppliers in the field of purchasing.
- Ensure smooth delivery of goods and services within the lead time
- Develop new sources to minimize the supply chain risk
- Estimate cost parameters and confirm the budget before purchase
- Analyze the previous records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- • Prioritize requisitions based on operational urgency and process for procurement accordingly
- Process payment request for quick disbursement of supplier bills
- Prepare RFQ/RFP and get it approved by the appropriate authority and float to relevant suppliers
- To search technical equipment and other raw materials which needed to procure from direct suppliers and
- Manufacturers located within the country.
- Plan all procurement with liaison with the factory of the company to keep uninterrupted production of all products.
- Achieve the highest efficiency in cost-saving and investment management in all procurement.
- Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Record keeping of all procurement-related data and analyze those data to make useful reports to aid in decision making by related personals.
- Liaison with finance & accounts for the payment management of multiple local vendors
Educational Requirements :
- Graduate of any discipline
- Post-graduate diploma or higher certification in SCM will be considered as an additional qualification.
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 6 year(s)
