- Prepare monthly Training calendar, budget & manage it round the year;
- Work on training need analysis (TNA) & develop training curriculum through TNA;
- Prepare & preserve training module, report, attendance & other relative documents;
- Run induction program and develop with time;
- Ensure training on time with required trainees & trainer and justify effectiveness of training program;
- Monitor & review the progress of trainees by using applicable tools & techniques;
- Prepare training report for Factory, Corporate Office and Buyer & training feedback report;
- Conduct various training session as per required of factory certification;
- Conduct external training program as required;
- Handle grievances in a prescribed manner and ensure employees motivation to achieve optimum desired output;
- Maintain disciplinary action for breaching any kinds of rules/regulations/policies/guidelines of the factory;
- Support compliance related task as per requirement;
- Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduation/Post Graduation in HRM from any reputed university.
- Training/Trade Course: TOT
Experience Requirements :
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Excellent operating skills over MS Office, TNA, Training & Development, Training Coordination, Training Facilitation
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Textile
Additional Requirements :
- Age at least 25 years
