• Accomplish preventive/predictive maintenance Plan/Schedule of Total equipment's in the plant.
• Monitor Availability of the Electrical, mechanical, structural Spares and the cost maintained within the department budget.
• Sharing departmental views with top management and discussing the importance of requirements of installation and procedures of factory management & conduct training for team members.
• Regular report on new Wiring, Motor re-winding, Sub-Station (S.T) room and initiative to solve related problem frequently.
• Directs workers and contractors engaged in buildings and grounds maintenance activities, such as repairs where and when necessary and any other task related to factory development (Civil work, electrical wiring etc.)
• Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
• Confers with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
• Plan, Design, implement, maintain and improve & install sewing machinery, electrical and fire safety instruments, equipment, facilities, components product & ensure proper synchronization of total factory plant.
• Develop total power management and fire protection system according to BNBC, NFPA, Bangladesh Industrial Rules and Electrical rules-1937.
• Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards & practice housekeeping to keep factory neat & clean etc.
• Keep all documents & reference ready for Buyer & Auditors as per Compliance.
• Strong ability to choose, control and handle third party (Civil contractor, Engineering Workshop, Machine & Parts Suppliers etc.)
• Technical Skills - Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others.

• Bachelor's degree (B.Eng.) in any technical field. Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Science graduates will be given greater priority.
• Professional Certification - IEB Membership (Member ID), Electrical License (ABC) From Government Authority
• Managerial as well as Technical Experience is a must (At least 5 years). RMG sector expertise will be given top priority.

• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Computer Skills: Must be fluent in the use of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point, AUTO CAD and should have a good grasp of computer technical know-how
