- Job Location-Mirer Bazar, Pubail , Gazipur
- Department: Electrical Accessories (Switch Socket Manufacturing Section)
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
- Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field.
- Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,BRAC University,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
- Training/Trade Course: Advance Excell,Industrial Management
Experience Requirements :
- 8 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Microsoft Excel
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Additional Requirements :
- Age 35 to 50 years

- At least 5 years Working in Factory Management, logistics department of Electrical Accessories
- industries (Switch Socket, Led lights, Circuit breaker, and exhaust fans etc.)
