We are looking for young, dynamic, hardworking, good market knowledge & self-motivated candidate who has experience in Construction work. They plan, schedule, predict and manage all the tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper construction work from start to finish.
To Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent of the project and plan accordingly.
To ensure progress of the construction works as per schedule.
To maintain project cost by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
To ensure that all logistics supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, detailing are available on demand at site so that project work flow will not be interrupted.
To prepare construction progress report and submit to concerned authority on time.
To check bills of the contractors and coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to ensure payment accordingly.
To ensure safety & security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
To submit the requisition with proper product specifications by analyzing inventory.
To manage Civil Construction Project of Large Magnitude.
You will report to CEO.
Educational Requirements :
B.Sc / Diploma Engineering in Civil from any reputed University / Institute with good academic back ground
Experience Requirements :
2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age 25 to 40 years

Must have Expertise in Government Departments (LGED, DPHE etc.) Developments works.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): All Construction Work, (Specially RCC Drains and BC & RCC Road).
