Job Responsibilities :
  • Prepare and update internal audit data
  • Excellent knowledge of local VAT & TAX and providing planning
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IAS/IFRS/BFRS and VAT & TAX.
  • Prepare analysis of audit data through computer aided audit tools.
  • Issuing paychecks in a timely manner.
  • To check cash/ bank/ journal voucher
  • Physical verification of fixed assets and store items & check inventory in regular basis.
  • Provide support in updating Audit's plan of action and revising the same as and when required
  • Coordinate, implement and follow up on monthly audits of all the departments.
  • Examine overall procurement process, booking and cancellation process with money collections.
  • To monitor internal control system
  • Physical verification of fixed assets and store items on monthly basis
  • To follow up whole process of work as it is functioning properly.
  • Identify weakness in the internal control system and contributing to the development of the process or system.
  • Obtain analysis and evaluate accounting documents financial documents
  • Establish and maintain viable process of revenue, expenditure, departmental budget plan, analyze financial statements, financial reports, special analysis so as to review operational issues impacting the company.
  • Check invoices for payment, bank reconciliation, bank payment and journal vouchers, monthly Payroll and others.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
  • Strong oral and written communication Bachelor's degree in accounts/finance/business from a reputed university (and English medium students preferred)
  • ACCA/CA preferred
  • Strong analytical abilities, leadership skills
  • CC certificate holder or experienced working in audit firm for a minimum period of 6 months
  • Well conversant with statutory audits, Tax audits and Internal Audits
  • Sound knowledge of real estate operations
  • Ability to work for long hours with no holidays with a long-term 3 to 5 year goal
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator.
