- The role of this position requires to support the Divisional- CEO and BOD to take proper and timely decisions by providing various analytical reports collected from the Group Finance & Accounts. He has to establish the controlling environment for both operational and financial. His reports and initiative will help the top management to achieve the divisional goals and objectives.
- The position is accountable for growth & control of the entire Fabric Division by effectively managing financial accounting, Management Accounting, Budgeting and Internal Controls.
- Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Closely work with Divisional CEO regarding various operational and financial KPI's by coordinating with group Finance & Accounts team.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss by division, budget vs. actual for Fabric Division
- Formulate Variance Analysis report of the Profit & Loss for respective business Units;
- Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings.
- Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.
- Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals and forecasts;
- Participate in weekly conference calls with Lenders, Vendors and Executive Leadership Team.
- Financial Controlling:
- Implement and report proper Controlling system for both financial and operational activities;
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems
- Cash Flow Management and Following up Cash Forecast;
- Implement timely internal Controls and proper Finance Work Flow;
- Monitoring and Controlling AP, AR, Production and Administrative Expenses;
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data and provide to reporting lines and business head;
- Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation;
- Financial Reporting:
- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
- Make sure to maintain Accuracy, Transparency and Control in Financial Reporting;
- Provide Monthly Finance Review;
- Periodic report presentation to the respective authorities and BOD's;
- Banking and Financing:
- Maintain Smooth Cash Flow of concerned Units
- Negotiate and monitor the Bank Interest and Charges
- Satisfy the Lenders' requirements and liaise with Lenders and Institutions.
- Production Monitoring and Fabric Sales & Marketing:
- Monitor and involve in the Production Efficiency and co-relate Production Efficiency with Cash Forecast Efficiency.
- Involve and monitor the Capacity Planning and co-relate the Export Projection with the Cash Forecast.
- Be able to do the pre Costing and compare with Post Costing with Variance Analysis for each Style
- Be involved in the Waste Material Management and find tools to mitigate and manage wastage.
- Be involved and control the Machine deployment and movement.
- Commercial:
- Monitor the Export Register and follow up the Payments from the Customers and reconcile the Ex-Factory with Export Invoices of the Sales.
- Monitor and Control the Logistics and Demurrages and Port Handling Charges and monitor the Imports and Export Documentation and process
- Formulate Budgeting and Reporting and Controlling Variance Analysis of the Profit & Loss for respective business Units;
- Negotiate the Commercial-related expenses and Charges with Comparisons.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor the Inventory (physical and in the system) on a periodical basis and Assure and Control the Stores Documentation procedures.
- Control and monitor the procedure of the additional Material Issues.
Educational Requirements :
- M. Com. in Accounting/Finance/AIS from any reputed University;
- Fellow of Chartered Accountant (FCA) are allowed to apply;
Experience Requirements :

- At least 10 years of experience in relevant field out of which 2-3 years proven track record in similar role for leading an managing a large Group of Industries;
- In-depth understanding of operational issues and policy work at state, national and international levels;
- Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated expertise;
- Excellent management leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages between Senior Officials and Management/ BODs;
- Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in English language and a familiarity with the particular country environment as if effects development strategies;
