We are looking for qualified, smart, results-oriented, self-motivated, enterprising, honest and sincere Food Safety Specialist for Ali Fruit & Vegetable Cold Storage.
Develop processing systems for Food & Vegetables product
Select and specify ingredients and raw materials for product development
Selection and specify primary and secondary packaging materials for product development
Conduct plant trial to set manufacturing process for the developing product
Periodical analysis of product shelf life and set up product shelf life
Prepare and develop product documentation and process instruction
Provide necessary documents and other support to cross functional departments
Ensure all the compliance of raw materials in accordance with legal regulation and company policy
Educational Requirements :
BSc in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Nutrition Science & Food Engineering/ Food Technology from any reputed university. (Academic qualification will be relaxed for experience persons)

Retired from Bangladesh Agricultural Development(Fruits & Vegetables) can apply.

The applicants should have experience in the following Business area: Food & Vegetable Cold Storage.
Prior work experience in Food & Vegetable Cold Storage in Research and Development setting.
Candidates should possess deep understanding of Food & Vegetable item food product design, processing, packaging and quality control process
Experience in compliance requirements for a food processing facility including ISO, GMP, FSSC, HACCP, BSTI etc are preferable.
Good analytical ability of product RM, PM and proper documentation and record keeping.
Experience and proven ability working productively with a team serving in Research & Development wing
