We are looking for smart energetic & experienced candidate who are really experience on Quality Control.
- Should have sufficient knowledge on estimating and costing of project materials, structural works, building construction materials.
- Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope
- Prepare AutoCAD Design Drawing
- Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructability
- Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.
- Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants) and client.
- Project wise Work progress report and Material Consumption report prepare (Weekly/Monthly)
- Determine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents (plans specifications, etc.)
- Skill in BOQ preparation.
- Ensure quality as per requirement.
- QC Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards of the whole project works.
- QC Engineer will have to review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials
- QC Engineer will be responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents
Educational Requirements :
- Diploma in Civil
- Skills Required: Real Estate project Development
Experience Requirements :
- 4 to 8 year(s)

- B.Sc Engineering with at least 04 yrs experience or Diploma with at least 8 yrs experience.
- Workplace: Work at office, Project Site visit
- The applicants should have experience in the Construction Company
- Should have good experience in costing & estimating.
- Should have aware with the construction materials, Quantity and their price.
- Should have knowledge in costing of materials & other commodities.
- Must be able to ascertain quantity required for each and prepare approximate estimate.
- Should have good analytical skill and team building skill.
- Skill in preparing different project report.
- Skill in Computer with Auto CAD and other programs/Engineering Software.
