(General Manager will be appointed for Barishal Division & Khulna Division route)
- Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consist with organizational requirements.
- Take the lead role in planning, consist and allocating routes and vehicles ensuring sufficient flexibility is in place to meet the varying and changing needs of customer
- Collaborate with other manager and staff member in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
- Ensuring all Driver, Supervisor, Ticket sales Executive are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring all vehicles used are fit for purpose and the customer experience is of a high standard.
- Ensuring transport staffs deliver the service appropriate to the changing needs of customer in line with relevant guidance.
- Monitor and evaluates operation activities, Includes: vehicle on time statistics, missed runs, customer complaint data, accident data and other operations related function.
- Hires, trains, develops, monitors, and evaluates staff. Reviews and recommends personnel actions for approval.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Education Qualifications are relaxed for the experienced person's.

- Age 35 to 45 years
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Detailed knowledge of the routes, fares, facilities, policies, procedures, etc. and knowledge of other transport company within the Country..
- Detailed knowledge of passengers' transportation services regulations and practices. .
- Managerial skills necessary to plan, manage, and coordinate the diverse transportation, maintenance and administrative activities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze problems, identifies alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implements recommendations in support of Authority and departmental goals.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

- Emergency circumstances require 24-hour availability.
- Required to travel to various locations.
