Full control of Accounts, Finance & Commercial Department
Managing financial transactions, analyze financial data & generate financial reports
Overall commercial activities including Import, Export, Bond and the custom's documentation handling
For Income Tax & VAT policy implementation for all financial transactions
To deal with BGMEA, BLMEA, RJSC, BIDA, NBR, DoT, Customs, Bangladesh Bank for necessary legal procedures & licensing
For looking after yearly financial audit & preparation of annual P&L & Financial Statement
Submission of FDI report to the Central Bank
To take care of Physical inventory audit in Factory Warehouse in quarterly
Preparation of payment request (PR) & ensure suppliers payment in time
To follow up Bank's Liability Status of PAD, EDF, UPASS & Local LC is reconciled
To prepare & reconcile accounts managing overseas payment & send to headquarter in HK
Ensure adequate controls and other audit requirements related to finance
Financial Risk Assessment of the organization to ensure a sustainable growth
Encounter legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, recommending new procedures, solving Tax and VAT related issues.
Monitoring and control of credit realization & provide strong support among all teams for successful operational use.
Educational Requirements :
Master's in Accounting or Finance with ACA or FCA or FCMA.
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Minimum 5 year(s) as Head of Accounting/Finance & Commercial in any multinational industry.
Working experience in Trims & Packaging Industry will be given priority.Proven experience as Head of Accounting/Finance & Commercial or in other managerial position
Relevant experience with MNC/Conglomerate
Hands on Experience in handling SAP & ERP
Excellent ability on data analysis
Excellent team player with coordination & problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English & Bengali
