Global Leaf Tobacco Company Ltd is a export oriented tobacco processing company of HB-Jamil Group of Industries, is looking for the right person in the following position to fulfill the requirements of its dynamic team.
Able to execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance activities
Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
Working with international buyers.
Attending and exhibiting in international trade shows.
Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
Liaison with various Government & Non-Government Offices i.e. Labor Office, Labor Court, Factory Inspector Office, BSTI, Environment Office, Fire & Civil Defense, BOI, Police Station, Local Influences etc;
Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of factory requirement.
Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises
Have to ensure production and delivery as per factory plan
Resolve employee's grievance, stress in a proactive manner
Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism
Any other task as per assignment given by the management.
Educational Requirements :
Master's degree in any discipline (MBA with HRM/related field will get Preference).
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
5 to 10 year(s) hands on experience on factory operation in manufacturing industry.
Ex-Army Officials in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel to Brigadier General will get preference.
Age 45-55 or may be relaxed to the deserving candidate.
Good knowledge of MS Office application
Ability to solve problem independently or with minimal guidance
