• Able to execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance activities
• Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
• Working with international buyers.
• Attending and exhibiting in international trade shows.
• Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
• Liaison with various Government & Non-Government Offices i.e. Labor Office, Labor Court, Factory Inspector Office, BSTI, Environment Office, Fire & Civil Defense, BOI, Police Station, Local Influences etc;
• Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of factory requirement.
• Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises
• Have to ensure production and delivery as per factory plan
• Resolve employee's grievance, stress in a proactive manner
• Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
• Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism
• Any other task as per assignment given by the management.

• 5 to 10 year(s) hands on experience on factory operation in manufacturing industry.
• Ex-Army Officials in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel to Brigadier General will get preference.
• Age 45-55 or may be relaxed to the deserving candidate.
• Good knowledge of MS Office application
• Ability to solve problem independently or with minimal guidance
