- Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to deliver higher productivity.
- Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
- Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the Company policies, and determine staffing needs.
- Coordinate with other department heads as required.
- Ensure maximum efficiency of all lines (sewing, finishing, and cutting), optimum production, on-time shipment of goods, and standard quality
- Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine, materials and methods
- Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade
- Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.
- Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans
- Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized production floor.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters degree in any discipline.
- Masters /Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Menufacturing, Garments Production, Garments Textile, Production/ Operation Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
