- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Formulate and implement HR policies & procedure.
- Arrange and manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment in the Group as a whole.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Supervise pay plan and benefits program for the Group.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM.
- Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Age at most 50 years
- Minimum 15 years in relevant field.
- Sound knowledge in IT & HR related software.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area:
- General HR, Training & Development, HR compliance, Recruitment & Selection etc.
