- Assist Company directors & heads in the development and formulation of long- and short-range planning, policies and objectives. Implements and manages operational plans.
- Develop the production and manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations in-house and with other handicraft producers and factories.
- Formulate and implement relevant methods and standard operating procedures (SOP) regarding operation to achieve better quality and productivity.
- Establish & maintain client, manufacturing, producer relationship & Develop marketing strategy and plans for craft products directly sourced from rural artisans.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
- Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
- To ensure smooth factory operations to meet production target & delivery deadlines.
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors, Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and improving sales.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities by the Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Marketing, Operation or Supply chain Back group candidates will get preferences
- University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
- Skills Required: Good Computer Knowledge, Good comunication skill
Experience Requirements :
- 12 to 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
