The incumbent from armed forces background will get preference.
- To ensure safety and security of inside & outside the Shopping mall premises.
- To inspect and monitor deployment of guards as per roster and run a smooth administration of the security team.
- Identify probable Security threat & risk in the establishment to safe life and assets.
- Provide required regular training & counseling to security personnel and take necessary initiative to improve their quality security services.
- Liaison with local Govt. officials / Stakeholders/ law enforcement authorities/ related personnel to resolve problem as and when required.
- To cooperate Security personnel recruitment as per company policy.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor / Masters in any discipline.
- RETIRED OFFICER FROM ARMED FORCES WILL GET PRIORITY.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Security Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Shopping mall
Additional Requirements :
- Age at least 40 years
