Process and screen new workers during recruitment process.
Ensure all personnel files are updated (inclusive of Leave Register, Service Books and all applicable documents).
Ensure final settlement procedure of workers.
Handle maternity files.
Floor visits and ensure production floors are risk free.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Minimum Bachelor from any recognized University and preference will be given to candidates who have additional training in HR, Admin any other form of certifications related to the ready made garments industry.
