- Monitor the process of balance sheets, income statements, statement of comprehensive income, Statement of cash flow and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Capacity to handle independently all affairs of accounts department & Compiling and presenting financial and budget report
- Monitor & responsible of Tax, Vat, Commercial/ Export issues
- Analyze financial statements and budgeting
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Monitoring spending and budgets & Establish budgetary control for running the business in a smooth and cost effective manner
- Auditing and analyzing financial performance
- Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
- Actively participate in the annual budgeting process by providing updated cost information across different product lines.
- Co-ordination with internal/ external auditors.
- Budget management, cost- benefit analysis, investment planning, risk assessment.
- Ensure safety and security of documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Establish and continuously improve accounting system with a comprehensive chart of account that satisfies the statutory and management information needs as per accounting jobs.
- Financial planning including continuously Accounts reconciliation on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Verify bank/stock/cash reconciliation report prepared by Accounts department.
- Financial handling, payments, CD, ST, VAT, Bank and other departments.
- Ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.

- Should have excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
- Should be proficient in the use of computer, especially MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Data Base Management, etc.,
