Maintain and control admin issues i.e. Utility services, housekeeping, accommodation, office equipment's, safety & security, decoration, program arrangements etc.
Attaching to MD in any update & sudden incidence.
Other related responsibilities as will be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
Graduation in any discipline preferably in Management & HRM
Experience Requirements :
7 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
At least 7-10 year(s) real life experience in relevant fields & proven Skill dealing with international buyer, agent broker, freight forwarding association locally and internationally.
Additional Requirements
Age at most 45 years
Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills, leadership skill as well.
Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
Must have satisfactory skill on computer operation, internet browsing & software management.
