• To ensure and manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance system of PI, L/C establishing proposals, amendments/corrections, follow-up import shipments, necessary correspondences with foreign customers, negotiations with buyers and sellers, export documentation, documentation of export proceeds, realization, issuance PRC etc.), coordinate, monitor and manage LC related documentation complying with foreign exchange manual.
• Responsible for Bond Licensing, yearly Customs Auditing, allocation enhancements, enrolling necessary HS. Codes in bond license and overall warehousing management and related issues with Bond Customs.
• Fully compatible with operational customs regulations.
• Follow-up-import to take delivery from respective ports smoothly without incurring any detentions.
• To ensure issuance by following up on all Customs Bond License operations (UP, Yearly Renewal, machinery addition, yearly allocation, Expansion, Bond Stock), etc.
• To maintain all kinds of correspondence with related banks and respective agencies as and when required.
• Maintain liaison relationships and coordinate with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, and Transport for Export & Import purposes, etc.
• Maintain strong liaison and enhance relationships with respective agencies for cash incentives for specific products.
• Negotiate with the bank for a preferential exchange rate for Import and Export.
• Obtain/renew all licenses (e.g. ERC, IRC, Trade License, RADE, TIN, VAT, EPB, BTMA, and Fire License).
• Ensure documents submission of shipment to respective customs stations on time.
• To communicate with the buyer related to export (Documents, Shipping line, C&F, Bank, and others related to other institutes).

• Age 35 to 45 years
• 10-15 years of experience in Commercial department in reputed Large Composite Knit Factory.
• Having sound knowledge on Customs Bond rules & regulations.
• Must have sufficient knowledge in import & export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate with authority and finalize, Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc of Commercial Department of the Group Expert on Custom handling, Export clearance & documentation
• Must be pro-active, self-motivated, and a good Team Leader
• Must have fluency in written and spoken English
• Must have competency in ERP.
