Lead Digital Channel & ADC team to leverage processes, policy, channel development, digital marketing, product development, alternate sales channel, customer service, partner acquisition, and guide sales team to achieve the business goal(s).
Create a footprint by ensuring the proper call to action in the digital world for the insurance industry & set up the digital marketing objective to keep up the business functions in full swing. Also, drive Digital Transformation to benefit all stakeholders including Customers & Partners.
Ensure continuous innovation of digital products to ensure easy access and to execute channel development, sales & app marketing strategies in order to attain the goals of the company.
Build an alternate Channel to have end-to-end automation of process & placement and create different revenue channels.
Develop and implement marketing plans to build awareness by driving lead generation, performing competitor benchmarking, and optimizing marketing spending.
Provide strategic direction and manage all integrated marketing communication campaigns, and marketing budget, track campaign, and marketing effectiveness, and oversee agency relationships.
Manage existing portals like website, mobile applications & social channels and plan, execute & supervise digital marketing, BTL activation & PR.
Develop and implement various apps to transform the offline market into online & develop better UI & UX for a new product line experience.
Ensure new partners are on-boarded quickly and existing ones are leveraged fully and manage ADC partner with Bkash & Rabi in line with mid-senior level management.
Develop and manage relationships with other sales channels to maximize opportunities and business awareness, and ensure that all business initiatives are communicated and understood by the team.
Manage commercial events across markets, from evaluation and selection to execution and performance tracking.
Develop integrated product and marketing campaigns to grow product or service adoption, specific markets or segments.
Manage technical partner for app & web product and digital agency for digital channel marketing.
Educational Requirements :
Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management
