- This position is responsible for overseeing Internal Control & Compliance of the Bank.

- Review & finalization of all branches & head office audit.
- Conducting special audit & surprise Branch audit.
- Supervise Bangladesh Bank statement & all compliance report.
- Proactively monitor that compliance of audit reports is submitted within time lines.
- Prepare & review ICCD related manual & Guideline.
- Conduct ARMC meeting.
- Follow-up of issues not resolved/closed highlighted in audit reports.
- Continues improvement in internal audit activity by suggesting improvement/development & implementation of internal audit policies/procedures/audit master data in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Development and implementation of quality assurance program for internal audit engagements.
- Periodic reporting on group performance to Board Audit Committee.
- Any other tasks as and when required by the Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Commerce or Master Degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
- CA/ACCA/CMA/ACMA/MBA will be added advantage.
- The candidate must possess a minimum CGPA of 3 (out of 4)/ minimum 2nd class at graduation/post-graduation level.

- The candidate must have at least 5-7 years audit experience in reputed banks or financial institutions as supervisory rules.
- Sound knowledge in Internal Audit Standards and operational implementation.
- Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Bank Circulars & Guidelines, market risks, financial instruments, IIA Standards, Risk management etc.
- Leadership and Teamwork skills for developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and ability to withstand pressure and deliver in accordance with timelines.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills (Written & Oral) and analytical skills.
