- Should be capable to find a new issuer company.
- Should be capable of making a plan, directing, or coordinating the full IPO procedure.
- Develop, implement & monitor the policies and assessment of interested issuer company.
- Review all documents of issuer companies to ensure the IPO rules & regulations.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters/ MBA/ M.Com from a reputed university with a good academic track record.
- Candidates with professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA/ ACA/ ACMA/ equivalent qualification) will get preference.
- Educational requirements will be relaxed for the candidate who demonstrates significant networking ability and is capable of acquiring new clients for the issue management service.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- At least 8 years of working experience in the capital market.
- S/he must have experience in managing at least 02 (two) IPOs as a team leader.
- Expert in all types of IPOs, i.e., Fixed Price/Book Building/SME.
- Should have good communication skills both in English and Bengali.
- Capability to lead and motivate the professional team to run the organization & protecting the interests of the company and stakeholders.
- Excellent in Microsoft office suite.
- Hard working and able to work under pressure.
- Must be capable to reply against queries from regulators.
