Create and implement a long-term IT vision and forward-thinking capability that will cover dimensions of life insurance business.
Responsible for develop and implement IT policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity and security. Also implement standardized IT procedures across the business applications.
Ensure successful transition to ERP system - data migration and integration, execution, post implementation support system etc.
Understand and manage previously development software and migrate into new ERP system.
Work closely with other departments to understand the current practice and implement those practices into the ERP.
Develop effective and efficient support mechanism to address all software and hardware relates issues across the country
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
Ensue smooth implementation of the ERP Solutions
Guide Infrastructure team to ensure system/server and data security.
Build capacity of field staffs to adapt to new technological changes through proper training or other methods
Sound knowledge about mobile apps development for both android & IOS.
Educational Requirements :
M.Sc. /B.Sc. in computer science and engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements :
At least 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Skills Required: Database development and maintenance, Programming, Computer Networks, Cyber Security.
At least 12 year's practical experience in life insurance companies and at least 5 years experience as Head of IT.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Oracle, Developer 6i and 10g or above, SQL Server, FoxPro, Mobile apps developer.
