1. Responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain activities of the company, including procurement and sourcing.
2. Overall responsibility for identifying the business needs, deploying and implementing the annual plans to deliver service, cost, productivity, quality & innovation.
3. Responsible for designing, implementing and driving Supply Chain Organogram of the one of the largest conglomerates of having multiple diverse business with a vision to centralized supply chain to ensure maximum benefit of the group through building Supply chain organization.
4. Ensure visibility of information flow through installation of proven process flow and integrate all system through ERP and automation.
5. To lead one of largest the distribution and warehouse team having multiple distribution Centre and warehouse all over the country. Strategic planning of end-to-end distribution network to ensure stock availability at warehouse, distribution center and distributor/retailer end.
6. Lead the Commercial/procurement team of multiple business and multiple categories to ensure right price with right quality and quality quantity from the right source within agreed deadline.
7. Co-ordinate and manage toll manufacturing to produce as per agreement and QA norms. To negotiate with toll manufacturer to reduce cost and lead time.
8. Management, delivery and accountability for agreed Supply Chain KPI’s
9. Analyze the performance data of the workflow to understand shortcomings and propose improvements wherever necessary.
10. Forecast inventory needs and production schedules and create strategies to improve the production and quality of goods.
11. To bring improvement in accuracy in forecast through S&OP.
12. Own the Supply Chain budgets and ensure delivery against plans.
13. Ensure service rendered to customers at a level of quality above expectations in order to accelerate sales growth, build reputation and continuously improve to deliver the company Customer Service targets.
14. Drive S&OP and Order to Cash Management within the framework of excellence.
15. Drive resource planning and people development.
16. Ensure that the agreed production plans including products, promotions and innovations satisfy the market requirement.
17. Ensure that all innovation projects are hitting the market as per agreed timeline.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor in Science with MBA in any discipline.
PGD in Materials Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements :
At least 25 year(s)
