- To monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the factories.
- To supervise the training of new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the factories.
- To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly
- Pro-actively ensuring the protection and safety of properties/assets, management and employee of the factories
- Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for management, employees and visitors.
- To attend the important guests and ensure their protocol also maintain CTPAT Compliance.
- To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management from time to time.
- To maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety.
- Using intelligence also have to provide early warning about any risk factors of the industries.
- Keep Management informed regarding the latest security-related matters and advice as demand necessary.
- To follow up the different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's in/Out, Visitor, Key register etc.)
- To take different type of modern initiatives to prevent theft activities of factory.
- Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor in any discipline.
Experience Requirements :

- Age 35 to 50 years
- Retired Defence Officer will get priority
- Experience in Safety & Security department of a reputed organization.
- Have to be resided in factory premises must.
- Good knowledge on security management and hazards.
- Strong analytical skills & very proactive in nature.
- Ability to priorities and plan effectively
- Command & control, Leadership skills.
- Physically fit.
